June Is National Family Month

Because of the pandemic, most people have spent considerably more time inside their homes than ever before. Now that states have lifted restrictions let’s celebrate by spending more time with the vulnerable members of our family.

Celebrating the Olmstead Act

On June 22, 1999, the United States Supreme Court held in Olmstead v. L.C. that unjustified segregation of persons with disabilities constitutes discrimination in violation of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
