My entrepreneurial mindset was developed and honed over many years from the start of my career with a Big Four public accounting firm, through the successful ownership of several small businesses, to almost two decades in management with Scioto.  I enjoy looking beyond the numbers and find it gratifying to know I have an impact on the strategic direction of the company.
