As Vice President of Capital Markets, Brian Sleboda is responsible for developing and executing Scioto’s financing and capital formation strategy including sourcing, structuring, and securing debt and equity capital across the company’s investment and development activities. Brian manages key relationships with lenders, investors, and capital partners, ensuring Scioto maintains a flexible, efficient capital structure that supports continued growth.
