Summary
A healthcare provider in Florida was operating a growing practice focused on pediatric clients. This growth created a need to have a dedicated school space. The provider rented a facility which could accommodate this use; however, the only empty space was not functional and needed to be demolished.
Consulting with a local contractor, the provider considered demolishing the unused building and placing portable modules in its place. With this proposal, the provider approached Scioto Properties (“Scioto”), the landlord, to start the project.
