Sam Klever

I’m a lifelong advocate in the developmental disability space, shaped first and foremost by my role as a sibling to my brother Daniel, who had developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. That experience inspired my professional path in special education, where I earned a master’s degree and hold triple licensure. I’m deeply passionate about supporting the providers, nonprofits, and disability‑centric organizations doing life‑changing work every day. At Scioto Properties, I’m especially energized by the opportunity to pair that passion with the real estate, business strategy, capital, and sustainable funding providers need to grow and thrive.
