Leading our Acquisitions Team, Adam brings over two decades of experience as a capital provider in the healthcare real estate sector. Throughout his career, Adam has originated and closed over $5 billion in healthcare real estate transactions as a lender and investor, and has developed significant expertise in structuring, problem-solving, and most importantly, finding creative solutions for our customers.
After 20 years away, my wife and I were excited to return home to Ohio. Even though I’ve spent much of my career focusing on transactions of $50 million or more, I now appreciate being able to spend my time working on projects of all sizes. Often the smaller ones, while less visible, have a more positive outcome for our customers and the people they serve – despite the size.
