Matt Mumma
Responsible for the overall operation and management of Scioto Properties. Provides the overall strategic direction and priorities for the company and monitors company performance. Serves as the primary point of contact to the Board of Directors.
Matt has 20+ years of developmental disability, mental/behavioral health and adult day services provider experience at the executive level. He understands the complexities that providers face not only with their real estate needs, but also in their day to day operations as they navigate the heavily regulated health care industry. Matt uses his provider experience to help better meet the real estate needs of the provider partners of Scioto, but to also provide them with technical expertise and understanding of their business.
