As President of Scioto Properties, Tom brings extensive leadership experience in real estate investment, hospitality management, and capital partnerships. With over two decades of experience in executive roles, he has successfully led organizations in real estate ownership, development, and asset management across diverse industries. 

Prior to joining Scioto Properties, Tom served as Senior Vice President at Fillmore Capital Partners, where he played a key role in investment strategies and portfolio growth. He also led Fillmore Hospitality as President, overseeing a broad range of hospitality assets nationwide. His expertise in strategic leadership, financial structuring, and operational management has made him a trusted leader in the industry. 

Tom is passionate about driving Scioto Properties’ mission forward—expanding access to purpose-built housing solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and behavioral health needs. His leadership is focused on fostering growth, strengthening industry partnerships, and ensuring long-term success for the providers and communities Scioto serves.
