Scioto is pleased to announce its newest addition to the team, George Stecz as a Director of Business Development. George has over 25 years of experience in managing over $2.2 billion of transactions in commercial real estate investment sale brokerage with industry leaders CBRE and Colliers International. In addition, he has 10 years of development and acquisitions experience with Duke Realty – an industry-leading Industrial REIT.
George is tasked with placing equity tranches in the specialized healthcare space for Scioto and is focused on assisting private equity partners and providers in monetizing their real estate, freeing up capital for infusion back into their primary business platform.
George brings his enthusiasm, industry expertise, and strong business development experience to this position.
