Scioto Properties is pleased to introduce Rick Coley as the newest member of the Scioto Properties Business Development team.
Rick will be providing new business development efforts and account management support for Scioto’s Behavioral Health market and supporting our existing clients in the Western US Region. Officially joining Scioto as the Director of Business Development on December 28, 2020, Rick brings enthusiasm and strong business development experience to this position.
Rick has worked, extensively, in the senior living and healthcare market and has over 35 years of experience in nearly every aspect of real estate. In addition to maintaining existing client relations, Rick will be focused on further building our growth in serving our Behavioral Health and related providers.
