Home Purchase Program is the original and core service of Scioto. We
can acquire and/or renovate community homes for people with disabilities,
including single-family, duplex and condominiums.
Through this program, we can purchase community homes
- From
the open market
- Currently
owned by a provider or family
- From
other third-party owners currently leased to a provider
- As
part of an acquisition or merger.
