Eric Leibowitz

Eric Leibowitz “It is rewarding to know I am playing a small role in giving people additional independence and helping to improve someone’s quality of life.”

Eric came to Scioto to help play a role in giving people with disabilities additional independence. He was drawn to the idea of improving the quality of life and doing something that helped others. Since joining the Scioto team Eric has found that it is easy to come to work and get excited about what he is doing each day.

“Scioto is a group of really special people with an important goal and I feel very fortunate to be a part of what they are doing.”

After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a 4-time letter winner on the men’s lacrosse team, Eric spent three years working on the office and industrial leasing team for CB Richard Ellis in Norfolk, Virginia. Before joining Scioto, Eric worked for over seven years on the development team at Casto, a Columbus-based shopping center developer. Eric will handle the northern part of the U.S. for Scioto, and with Kate McNulty, who handles the southern part of the country; they will make providers and other organizations aware of Scioto’s services and resources.
