The Design/Build Program was created in 2004 for situations when affordable, accessible housing is not available in the open market, or when it is more economical to build an accessible home rather than renovate an existing one. Scioto will work with you to determine your residential and budget requirements and can handle the whole development process in a turnkey manner. We will handle the land acquisition, design and project management. We can also renovate existing homes. Generally, we use a local construction company that we have prequalified.
