Scioto exists to help nonprofit, for-profit, state-licensed care providers and governmental agencies find single-family homes for use in supporting people with disabilities. We understand that having a stable place to call “home” is criticially important for everyone, including individuals with developmental disabilities. It is our hope that Scioto’s services will assist people with the opportunity to participate in community life, and to grow and prosper in a neighborhood setting. Our staff is committed to working with organizations to create solutions to their housing needs. All of Scioto’s employees understand what it takes to provide choices and offer solutions to help find affordable housing.
